BLUEBERRY & APPLE LOAF

125gms butter (i guna lurpark slightly salted)
225gms tepug naik sendiri ( i just guna 175gms sahaja)
175gms gula halus
2 biji telur
1 biji apple hijau - kupas kulit, hiris nipis2
1/2 cwn blueberry
2 s/b apricot jam (utk glaze)

CARA:
1. panaskan 190c oven (fan oven 170C), kemudian sapu tin dgn butter, alas dgn baking sheet, ketepikan
2. pukul butter & gula hingga sebati (x perlu lama2 sgt)
3. masukkan telur, pukul lg.
4. masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, gaul sebati dgn mixer..
5. masukkan 1/2 adunan kek dlm baking tin, ratakan & taburkan separuh kuantiti hirisan apple & blueberry..kemudian masukkan baki adunan kek, ratakan & susun baki hirisan apple & tabur blueberry..
6. bakar kek dlm oven selama sejam atau hingga masak.
7. apabila kek dah masak, cairkan jem apricot dlm microwave sebentar kemudian sapu atas permukaan kek...sedia utk dihidang.
